How does It Work
Get the right documents
To get onboard, your organization’s representative needs to gather all the required information, upload the valid registration numbers along with financial details (SEPA mandate and IBAN references) and the corporation’s documentation (incorporation documentation and valid power of attorneys).

Accept the terms of use
After the validation of your information and its compliance to legal prerequisite, your organization gets confirmed as eligible. This allows the use of TalentCoin’s services for your company.

Get your organization unique ID
Your company’s representative will be provided with a unique organization ID as well as a private token and key. Those elements grant access to your Member Cabinet and Financial Module. The ID will also be used to place projects and missions on which talents could work.

Add Talents to your portfolio
You may already be aware of some talents inside your organization, but TalentCoin can also help you identify them based on a holistic approach of your employees hard and soft skill graph. By filling in the name and email address of possible talents, TalentCoin will send an email to inform them about the service and ask them to join. You are also entitled to include packaged solutions (Solution as a Service - SaaS) into your organization’s product portfolio. In this case, the product owner managing the SaaS commercial is to be specified alongside with the terms and condition.

Register as a Talent
As a Talent, you will need to indicate your organization to join. Should it not be a part of the community, TalentCoin will support you in convincing your company’s representative to join. You will then be able to fill up your personal data in a dedicated secured Talent Cabinet, record your skills and interests. Once your profile is completed and approved by your organization, you will get your personal professional token (combined with the organization ID on the platform) and an individual private key to adhere to TalentCoin’s bartering rules. Lastly, you should indicate the hours you would be ready to allocate for projects, in accordance to your current position and working hours. Based on this information, TalentCoin will match you with projects to help you develop your skills and grow your talent!

Mission management and certification
During the mission performance life cycle, TalentCoin will inquire about the progress from both the Member supervising the mission and the talent taking part in it. Those partial milestones are scored, allowing each stakeholder to judge the progress and the contributors’ satisfaction based on tangible criteria. Disputes can be prevented by identifying when the talent’s and member’s needs are not in adequation. Alternatives are then presented to ensure the satisfaction of everyone.
